Beer & Wine - Made in space

Growing yeast in ISS & bringing the culture back, then multiplying it and using it to brew Beer & wine for serving at Oktoberfest.

Description

In 2015, the alcoholic beverage market was valued at about 1344 billion U.S. dollars worldwide. My idea proposes to Grow a small quantity of yeast in ISS & bringing the culture back, then multiply it and use it to brew Beer & wine for serving at Oktoberfest or as premium exclusive space limited edition cans and bottles. This idea came to me when I was researching about yeast for another experiment here on earth. I think there were study done earlier also to study the impact of microgravity on the growth of yeast in space, also on some research I see that some amateurs have tried to do a similar experiment by sending yeast to space in a rocket and use it to brew it back on earth. The potential sponsor for this huge and the list is very large. I think such a campaign will work great with Astronautin, the only difference here is by buying a limited edition space brewed beer or wine they are celebrating the first woman German astronaut in space importantly raising funds for the mission and being part of the history people can pre-order their limited space edition beer or wine before the launch so that funds required for the mission are raised. During Octoberfest alone millions of $ of beer and wine are consumed so even a single can or bottle of space edition cans or bottles are sold I believe it will generate a good amount of funding and also it will raise awareness about woman in space and STEM, also I think there should be a limit for one can or bottle per person for this space edition beverages to great a larger audience and the can or bottle will only be half filled to symbolize gender equality and to encourage people to drink responsibly. Some of the top sponsors that I can think off are listed below. Anheuser-Busch , Heineken, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Carlsberg.
