Does the taste of cacao change in space?

Win a wellknown chocolate manufacturerer as supporter for First German Astronautin!

Description

I can imagine that a piece of chocolate tastes also Astronautin at the ISS! But does the taste of e.g. cacao change in space? We know from tomato juice that it changes taste during flight in large height. How does flavor of e.g. chocolate behave in space? Becomes taste more intensive? Or does it taste flavorless? Do one need special flavor enhancers? And how does this also improve the chocolate taste on earth? What is the best way to enjoy chocolate in space? In pieces, or better creamy directly from a tube? And could this be a new sort of product here on earth? Such questions refer also on other food products used in space. Especially when thinking of long space flights, like a Mars Mission.
